Our state-approved 3-hour renewal course keeps current and expired Illinois Concealed Carry License holders up to date. It covers updates to Illinois and federal firearms law, use-of-force law, and lawful interaction with law enforcement, followed by a live-fire refresher and qualification on a B-27 silhouette target. This class is for current or expired Illinois CCL holders only. It is not for first-time applicants, who need the full 16-hour class.
